When owner-manager Ad Poot (November 1965) graduated in law in 1990, he began work at the transport department
of a large insurance broker in Rotterdam in the Netherlands. He dealt with claims handling, purchasing and account management, always with the companies and the entrepreneur as business partner.
In 1997 he continued his career in Eindhoven, where in various managerial roles he provided services in the
areas of purchasing and management of insurances as well as risk management advice to large customers
and prospects.
During this time he was responsible for the commercial operations and involved in developing an
international partnership of intermediaries from various European countries for international insurance
programmes. In April 2005 he became director of a medium-sized insurance company based in Venlo.
He has professional diplomas for all branches and Permanent Education sessions ensure these
are kept up-to-date. In 2010 he obtained the highest level of study: chartered insurance broker,
Registermakelaar in Assurantiën (RMIA).
His business motto: the customer is always central.
